Index-Cool Group has expended over the years through hard work in ensuring the group aims and goals are met couple up with the strong support of customers and vendors in the marines industries. We have expanded to meet up with the current diversified and fast-growing activities. With the support of our reputable representatives and agents worldwide, we are ready to take up any value-added task and challenges offering to fulfill customers need and requirement.

We have widened our scope to include HVAC turnkey solutions for Ship Owners and the Offshore, Oil and Gas sector alike. We have thus far successfully commissioned several Explosion Proofed HVAC modular designed units.

As our subsidiary companies are ISO accredited, we recognised the importance of Quality and Resource Management. Our Engineers and staff are encouraged to upgrade and retain to meet up with the ever-changing landscape and challenges of the marine industry.

Mr. Donald Lim was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Index-Cool Group of Companies on October 1, 2020. With over 30 years of experience in shipbuilding and repair, he brings extensive industry knowledge and leadership to his new role. Before joining Index-Cool, Mr. Lim served as Vice President of Marketing & Business Development (Ship Repair) at Singapore Technologies Marine Ltd (ST Marine).

Since joining ST Marine in 1985, he has held various positions, including Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Marketing Manager, before leading the Marketing and Business Development efforts for vessel repair and conversion.

As CEO of Index-Cool, Mr. Lim will drive the company’s global expansion across the marine, offshore, and industrial sectors, strengthening its market presence and strategic growth.
